<p>Besides being a well known intentional model, Alexis Petit is Co owner in Le Favori is a local Sandwich &amp; Catering &nbsp;Cafe Restuarant serving unique and inventive sandwiches, salads and desserts- and some say the best pastrami sandwich in Paris. Alexis opened Le Favori with his &nbsp;two childhood best friends in September 2018, with the focus on sustainability. They source only locally grown and produced, fresh products in limited qualities and when the food sells out, they close the restaurant; part of their "no food in the trash" policy. No plastics are used, instead using only 100% recyclable materials or serving ware, such as Sugar cane. Beverages come from Ocean 52, one of the first companies to donate over half of their proceeds to ocean preservation.</p><p>Le Favori is known for taking place in the annual Paris Refugee Food Festival where refugees are hired in the kitchen of a dozen or so restaurants &nbsp;to collaborate on a menu using their country as inspiration to creat original recipes. &nbsp;Proceeds from the menu go to the Refugee Organization.</p><p>On their instagram here, @lefavoriparis, visit the press page where you can find &nbsp;they have been featured &nbsp;in such publications as &nbsp;Grazia, Le Figaro, Vogue Paris, M le Monde Magazine, Le Fooding France, and Made Official to name a few along with local television coverage.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
